AGILE Team provided engineering project management for an NT-based client during the development phase, assisting with PMP preparation, budgeting, scheduling, RFT, tender assessment, EPC contracts, land access, planning, and DNSP network connection. We were proud to support an innovative project orchestrating multiple sites via a virtual power plant. This cutting-edge project demonstrates the future of distributed energy resources management, combining solar PV and battery storage across multiple locations to create a cohesive virtual power plant that can respond dynamically to grid demands.
